Dartmouth is famous not only as a beautiful seaport but also the home of the Britannia Royal Naval College. Since 1905 the College has trained Officers for careers in the Royal Navy. RDYC has arranged for competitors to visit the college between 17.30 and 20.00 and enjoy canapés, wines and soft drinks on the colleges Quarter Deck.

This visit is to be subsidised by JOG and will be charged at £18.50 per head.

You can find more information about this event here: www.jogweek.com/britannia-royal-naval-college

You can book places today at www.jog.org.uk/jog-events

This will give you and your crew a free evening to explore the gastronomic delights of Dartmouth. We would suggest booking well in advance as this is high season in Dartmouth and recommend that you make your reservation for 20:20 hrs onwards to allow time to return from the Britannia Royal Naval College.

Some of our favourites are:

Rockfish is a good seafood restaurant but can very busy. www.therockfish.co.uk
The Seahorse also owned by Mitch Tonks, is excellent, not exactly inexpensive but outstanding food! www.seahorserestaurant.co.uk
